What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges will be determined based on UPS standard shipping fees.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Soul Purpose Designs accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition we also accept payment via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm EST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. SoulPurposeDesigns.com ships to all 50 states via UPS Ground and Express. To reference exact transit time please visit UPS.com. This policy does not apply to pre-orders. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. You can be assured that all sensitive information will be handled with discretion. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than SoulPurposeDesigns.com. Once you enter the checkout page your computer will being communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in the secure mode by the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”. Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator, Google Chrome) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Customers will receive an invoice for all orders via email from Orders@soulpurposdesigns.com within 24 hrs. of the time they place their order. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns for a refund on any product. We accept exchanges on any item, if an item is an incorrect size or color or it is damaged or defective upon receipt.

If you purchased an item from WWW.SOULPURPOSEDESIGNS.COM and it is, incorrect, defective or damaged a new order will need to be placed for the same items providing for a change of color or size. Unwanted items must be returned. Replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return.

What happens if a style is sold out?

If a specific style sells out their will be no further items of this kind made. There will be new styles every calendar year and no items will be reproduced at anytime. With the exception of friends and family of the brand whose items will not be included in the collectible amount sold. 

How do I know my item is collectible?

For all items there will be a number out of 1,000 on the tag. For example on the t-shirts the printed tag on the inside under the collar would say “1 of 1,000”
